Cleo has a background in sustainability and environmental strategy. With a BSc in Geography from the University of Leeds, she has contributed to major bids across infrastructure and renewables, embedding social value, climate resilience, and place-based insights.
Her work includes GIS mapping, stakeholder analysis, and sustainability research aligned to net zero and circular economy goals. Previous roles at Diageo and Leeds City Council saw Cleo driving site-based sustainability reporting, water efficiency projects, and green grant evaluation. Cleo brings analytical rigour, purpose-driven research, and a clear passion for a more sustainable built environment.
