Steve has been with CloudNine since its beginning, delivering ISO44001-aligned collaboration programmes and behavioural assessments.
After 33 years as an RAF Commissioned Officer, Steve transitioned into Defence FM with CarillionAmey as Business Support Director. With an MBA in collaboration, he introduced relationship management systems between Amey and the DIO, later advising the Institute for Collaborative Working.
Steve champions transparency, authenticity, and psychological safety, encouraging teams to bring their true selves to the table.
