Connect to Work West of England is a DWP funded programme delivered by the West of England Combined Authority. Built on a proven supported employment model, it follows a structured five stage ‘place, train, maintain’ approach. Fully aligned with international fidelity standards, the programme supports people into paid employment and provides tailored in-work support to help sustain jobs and enable long term progression.
What we did:
CloudNine worked in close partnership with our Client to lead the bid management and writing, co-developing a delivery model aligned with funder expectations. Through targeted research and collaborative drafting, we shaped clear, tailored responses demonstrating project delivery, management and partnership strengths, grounded in the supported employment model and recognised fidelity standards.
