Our client continues their longstanding reign to continue to enhance sewerage networks, wastewater treatment and system resilience. The works aim to reduce flood risk, prevent pollution and improve environmental outcomes and climate resilience for communities across Wales.
What we did:
CloudNine provided full bid management, writing, coordination and collaborative coaching support, resulting in a compelling and compliant submission. Working closely with our client’s technical teams, we shaped content, ensured consistency and met tight deadlines – positioning the bid for success within the Welsh Water AMP7 programme. We also coached senior leadership teams in preparation for the behavioural assessments.

We delivered a high-quality bid under challenging time constraints, managing complex technical requirements and ensuring a clear, well-structured submission, with high-performing team interviews and workshops conducted as part of the behavioural assessment.
