Project overview:

Thames water is upgrading its Slough Water Treatment Works to increase capacity, improve water quality and reduce flood and pollution risks. The works include modernising critical infrastructure, constructing new treatment tanks and introducing advanced river treatment technologies.

What we did:

CloudNine supported our client to develop high quality responses for both the PQQ and ITPD technical submissions. We also coached the team throughout the behavioural assessments. Leveraging our successful experience on the Thames Water Coppermills project, we reviewed client feedback to refine and strengthen submission content.

What we delivered:

We provided bid management, writing and collaborative leadership support, delivering a compliant and compelling submission aligned to Thames Water priorities. By combining strategic insight with focused drafting, we supported our client to meet technical requirements, resulting in a high-quality and successful submission aligned to the Thames Water Behavioural Model.
