Project overview:

The Water Supply Project, Eastern and Midlands Region, is a major Uisce Éireann (Irish Water) programme to create a resilient new water source for up to 50% of Ireland’s population. Drawing from the River Shannon, it will deliver pipelines, treatment works and reservoirs to address long-term supply pressures, climate risk and growing demand.

What we did:

CloudNine steered a technically complex PSQ submission for our joint venture (JV) clients, managing coordination, stakeholder engagement and programme control. We developed persuasive responses, carried out compliance checks, and delivered a a strong, fully compliant submission that clearly presented the JV’s capability.

What we delivered:

We delivered over 200 pages of content across 16 quality responses, ran storyboard workshops and formal reviews and developed supporting graphics, key person CVs and case study reference projects.  Navigating detailed requirements and complex questions, we brought structure, clarity and control throughout, resulting in a high-quality, fully compliant submission that articulated the joint venture’s strengths and positioned it competitively.
