Project overview:

Covering the treatment and disposal of around 330,000 tonnes of East London residual waste, this contract is underpinned by ELWA’s investment in new infrastructure, including the new Riverside 2 EfW facility and an upgraded waste transfer station in Barking. Waste will be moved by river, reducing road congestion and emissions while maximising the use of the River Thames as a green highway.

What we did:

CloudNine provided end-to-end bid support, covering management, coordination, writing, production, and social value expertise. Collaborating closely with our client’s team and subject matter experts, we helped deliver three high-quality, strategically aligned submissions that secured success across all three Lots.

What we delivered:

We bid managed, coordinated, wrote and produced ten tailored quality questions across each Lot, including the development and production of bid branded content. The bid solution was developed to reflect ELWA’s key priorities around sustainability, innovation and measurable community outcomes, resulting in a compelling, visually engaging submission that contributed to Cory’s successful award of all three contracts.
