Project overview:

Etruscan Square is a major regeneration of a seven-acre site in Stoke-on-Trent backed by £20m from the Levelling Up Fund. Plans include 285 homes, a 3,600-capacity venue, 82,00 sq. ft of commercial space, a 138-bed hotel and a 701-space car park. Our client was named preferred bidder in February 2025.

What we did:

CloudNine worked on the social value submission, delivering a comprehensive strategy that included targeted initiatives, such as apprenticeships school engagement, employability initiatives and a community investment framework. We also developed a set of KPIs aligned to the National TOMs Framework to ensure long term, measurable outcomes that reflect the investment’s positive impact on local communities.
