Project overview:
This contract forms a key part of North Lanarkshire Council’s Enterprise Project; a regeneration and infrastructure programme designed to drive inclusive growth and improve quality of life across the region. Spanning eight years, it covers extensive maintenance of roads, footpaths, lighting, structures, reservoirs and traffic systems, with a strong focus on local employment, community benefit and carbon reduction.
What we did:
CloudNine played a leading role in shaping the successful bid for our client, providing critical friend, bid writing and production support across all submission stages. We led the development of the social value responses, setting a new benchmark for return on investment aligned with the Council’s Enterprise priorities.
What we delivered:
We’re providing continued social value support in delivery, including coordination, stakeholder engagement and community impact monitoring. We developed and launched ‘Connecting Communities’ – a community investment framework designed to increase the impact of local community organisations and align with the Council’s priorities. Our role includes facilitating accurate measurement and reporting of outcomes, ensuring commitments are targeted, responsive and deliver lasting benefits.
