Project overview:
North London Heat and Power Project (NLHPP) is the North London Waste Authority’s ambitious plan to redevelop the 52-year-old Edmonton EcoPark, delivering a new sustainable waste hub to replace the existing energy from waste plant and provide flagship recycling facilities for North London’s residents.
What we did:
CloudNine led the bid management for the NLHPP Energy Recovery Facility, providing end-to-end submission support across strategy, writing and production. We delivered specialist support on social value and collaboration, developing a Social Value Delivery Plan with measurable commitments aligned to client priorities and a Collaboration Strategy aligned to ISO 44001, shaping the winning submission and subsequent delivery model.
What we delivered:
We continue to operate as Social Value Delivery Partner and Collaboration Lead, supporting the long-term delivery of this significant investment. Our ongoing role ensures that social value outcomes are realised and collaboration is embedded throughout delivery, driving performance, accountability and lasting community impact.
