This nationally significant initiative will upgrade Orkney’s port infrastructure to support renewable energy projects. The Scapa Deep Water Quay will serve as a strategic hub for turbine construction and assembly. Aligned with Scotland’s net zero ambitions, the project plays a key role in accelerating the region’s green energy transition.

CloudNine supported a major joint venture through Competitive Dialogue, providing bid management and leading key questions and workstreams. Following successful completion of Stage 1, we continued to support the team, ensuring strategic alignment and consistency across the submission.
